In the high-end research and industrial detection fields such as spectral analysis, photoelectric detection, material characterization, photovoltaic device testing, and precise optical metrology, the sampling speed, conversion accuracy, signal restoration degree, and system compatibility of the data acquisition unit directly determine the data authenticity and experimental repeatability of the entire optical path testing system. Traditional acquisition devices generally have problems such as low sampling rate, insufficient analog-to-digital conversion accuracy, weak weak signal analysis ability, poor equipment compatibility, and data delay distortion, which cannot adapt to strict working conditions such as high-speed spectral scanning, weak optical signal acquisition, and long-term continuous automated testing. The Sevan Optoelectronics 7IDA1 data acquisition device is specially designed for precise optical testing scenarios. Relying on high-resolution AD conversion, high-speed sampling architecture, and wide dynamic signal acquisition capabilities, it realizes high-speed, accurate, and lossless acquisition of optical and electrical signals. It is the core central device connecting optical detection equipment and the terminal data system.

The 7IDA1 data acquisition device is equipped with a high-performance core computing architecture and a high-precision analog-to-digital conversion unit. With excellent signal analysis capabilities, it can accurately capture weak optical and electrical signals, effectively restore the original optical path data, and completely solve the problems of signal distortion, baseline jitter, and data jumps in conventional acquisition devices. The device supports multi-gain adaptive adjustment, has a wide dynamic acquisition range, and can adapt to different intensities of optical output signals such as strong light saturation signals and weak light signals. It also takes into account the requirements of high sensitivity detection and large dynamic range testing, perfectly matching the signal output characteristics of various optical sensor devices such as silicon detectors, indium gallium arsenide detectors, lead sulfide detectors, and photomultiplier tubes.

The device has high-speed real-time sampling capabilities, fast response speed, and extremely low data transmission delay, which can perfectly adapt to high-speed dynamic testing scenarios such as continuous spectral scanning of three grating scanning monochromators, laser dynamic detection, photovoltaic IPCE/QE quantum efficiency testing, fluorescence and Raman spectroscopy acquisition, and can fully follow the changes in optical path signals throughout the process, without lag, without frame loss, and without data distortion. It adopts a standardized USB high-speed transmission interface, plug-and-play, no complex debugging required, and is paired with dedicated software, supporting real-time data display, waveform drawing, data storage, batch export, and parameter recall, enabling the entire experimental data to be digitally and automatically controlled throughout the process, significantly improving the efficiency of scientific research experiments and industrial detection.

The entire machine has strong system adaptability and anti-interference ability, with industrial-level anti-electromagnetic and optical path interference design. It has stable data without drift during long-term continuous operation, perfectly adapting to 7×24-hour industrial online monitoring and long-term iterative experiments of scientific research. It can seamlessly link with Sevan's full range of optical equipment, and build an integrated fully automatic spectral testing system with various monochromators, light sources, electrically adjustable slits, high-voltage stabilized power supplies, and photodetectors, widely used in materials transmission and reflection testing, semiconductor optical performance characterization, environmental gas spectral monitoring, photovoltaic efficiency calibration, biological optical detection, and precise optical calibration, etc., and is the standardized core acquisition unit of the optical testing system.

By restoring real optical path signals with high-precision analog-to-digital conversion and enabling high-speed stable acquisition to empower precise scientific research and manufacturing. The 7IDA1 data acquisition device breaks the optical detection data loop, providing precise, reliable, and reproducible data support for each set of experimental data and every precise detection.
