The outstanding performance of the Saifan Optoelectronics Steady-State Solar Simulator stems from the accumulation of four breakthrough technologies in the industry:
- 3A Full-Indicator Compliance Architecture: Utilizing "High Consistency Light Source Array + 6th Generation Spectral Fitting Algorithm", the xenon lamp model achieves a spectral matching level of A+ grade, and the LED model uses a 128-channel light source matrix for adaptive synthesis of the spectrum, with a data repeatability error of ≤ 0.5%, and all indicators meet the IEC 60904-9 3A standard;
Steady-state drive and cooling technology: We independently developed a constant current and constant voltage drive module. The current stability is ≤ ±0.01%. The temperature control accuracy of the dual circulating water cooling system is ±0.1℃. The light intensity stability of the xenon lamp model reaches ±0.1%/8 hours, and the response speed of the LED model is as fast as 10 μs, capable of capturing the transient charge separation process.
Ultra-large area uniform light distribution design: After 300,000 times of optical simulation optimization, it adopts PTFE high reflectivity integrating sphere and aspherical focusing lens. The maximum customizable size is 5m×3m. There is no distortion at the edges, and the irradiation dose of the entire plate is uniform and consistent.
Multi-scenario Adaptation Technology: Capable of adapting to extreme environments such as vacuum (10⁻⁵ Pa), high and low temperatures (-196°C to 300°C), etc. The spectrum can be quickly switched between standard modes such as AM1.5G/AM0/D65, and a special spectrum customization can be completed within 7 days.
