Cutting-edge scientific research experiments: Precise regulation + low noise and stability, with 50%

Professor Wang from the College of Agriculture and Environment of a certain university also encountered difficulties in his cross-disciplinary research on photovoltaic agriculture: "When we study the growth patterns of crops under photovoltaic panels, the core is to precisely control the light intensity and spectral composition. However, traditional simulator light emphasizes coarse node step size (5%), and the spectrum is still fixed and unadjustable, which leads to the dispersion of crop photosynthetic efficiency test data. The project was stuck for two years without any progress." What's even more troublesome is that the operating noise of the equipment exceeds 70dB, which will interfere with the plant growth environment. The small light spot splicing also causes uneven lighting on the pilot platform, making it impossible to scale up and verify the experiment at all.

The research customization model of Saifan's 3A-level solar simulator brings a "dawn" to cross-disciplinary research. The equipment supports continuous adjustment of light intensity with an accuracy of 0.1%, and the ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared bands can also be independently regulated (with an accuracy of 1%). It can precisely simulate the lighting environment under different light transmittance rates of photovoltaic panels, perfectly adapting to various scientific research scenarios such as crop growth, photocatalysis and photoelectric conversion. At the same time, it adopts low-noise light source driving technology, with an operating noise of ≤55dB, close to the background noise of the laboratory. It neither interferes with the growth of organisms nor affects the operation of precision instruments.


With this device, we have successfully developed the optimal lighting solution for photovoltaic agriculture. Last year alone, we published three papers in top SCI journals and applied for four national invention patents. After the project was implemented, the income per mu increased by 2,000 yuan! Professor Wang was full of praise, "It can cover a 200-square-meter pilot platform with a single unit, with a light uniformity of 97%, and the repeatability of experimental data has soared from 65% to 99%." Moreover, through the upper computer software, the light change curve can be preset, and it can also be linked with temperature, humidity and CO₂ sensors to achieve closed-loop control. Previously, four people took turns to operate, but now one person can handle the entire process of the experiment, and the project funds have also been saved by 30%.
