Equipped with a dedicated technical consultant, we will follow up on the communication of the plan throughout the process until the optimal implementation plan is formed.
(2) Professional installation and commissioning
Form an industry-specific installation team to provide one-stop services including "on-site survey - foundation construction guidance - equipment installation - precision calibration - trial operation", ensuring that the installation accuracy of the equipment meets the usage requirements. After installation is completed, one-on-one operation training will be provided, covering core contents such as equipment operation, parameter setting, and daily maintenance, to ensure that operators can quickly get started.
(3) Ultra-fast response operation and maintenance

We promise a 7× 24-hour all-weather response. In case of emergency faults, we will provide a solution within 1 hour and offer on-site maintenance within 24 hours (48 hours for remote areas).

The entire machine comes with a one-year free warranty. After the warranty period, an annual maintenance agreement can be signed to enjoy priority service and parts discounts.
