accelerated aging test of perovskite solar cells, the fixture can be used in conjunction with a high and
low temperature test chamber to continuously operate for 1000 hours under the "double 85" extreme
environment of 85%RH and 85℃. The consistency between the battery performance attenuation data
and the actual outdoor working conditions is as high as 98%. Its visual observation window and vacuum

In response to the diversity of electrode layouts in photovoltaic cells, the 7-SCF09 is equipped with an
adjustable electrode probe group, supporting flexible adaptation of 2 to 6 electrodes at a standard
spacing of 2.54mm. For instance, in the research scenario of carrier recombination in heterojunction
batteries, users can quickly switch test points through the probe group, simultaneously collect electrical
parameters from the front, back and edge areas of the battery, and precisely locate performance bottlenecks.
In addition, the elastic contact piece built into the fixture is gold-plated, with a contact resistance as
low as less than 1mΩ, avoiding signal drift caused by contact oxidation during high-temperature testing
and ensuring that the repeatability error of the I-V curve test is less than 0.5%.
Environmental simulation + four-wire testing, dual-engine drive for data accuracy

module with the four-wire test interface. The micro heating plate and semiconductor cooling plate
placed in its cavity can achieve a wide temperature range adjustment from -40℃ to 150℃, and the
temperature fluctuation range is ≤±0.1℃. In combination with a humidity sensor and a nitrogen injection
system, it can easily simulate complex climates such as dry deserts and high humidity along the coast.
In terms of test efficiency, the dual BNC interfaces of the fixture support four-wire current-voltage
synchronous acquisition. Combined with the self-developed QE-300 quantum efficiency test system of
Saifan, the cross-verification of three sets of data, namely spectral response, dark current and I-V characteristics,
can be completed in a single experiment, shortening the experimental cycle by 60%.
